Live wedding painting is a one-of-a-kind experience where a professional fine artist paints the wedding in real time during the event. Guests watch the artwork come to life, and the couple receives a finished (or near-finished) original painting — not a print — as a lasting keepsake.

Pre-Wedding Planning

Need to know the date and location, choosen package, 50% down. Remaining amount due 2 weeks before the wedding. 

Wedding Day

ONE Space for the artist in view of guests with viewing / painting space in front of the easel. Preferrably not too close to the speakers. 

I will paint throughout the event into the reception. End time is 9 pm if I have travel. Later if no travel. 

The painting comes back to the studio for finishing touches, varnish, and hanging hardware. The painting will be ready to go.

FAQ

Does live painting interfere with photography or the timeline?
No. It’s designed to blend into the event and work alongside other vendors.

How much space is required?
A small, unobtrusive area similar to a musician’s setup. 5’x5′ area for the artist and easel, plus space behind the artist for viewing. A high traffic area not too close to the speakers is best.

Is the painting finished on site?
The painting usually appears 90% done by the end of the night. Final refinements may be completed in the studio to ensure heirloom quality.
